JULY 710 2023 - TRAPPER & RAINBOW REPORTS
WHO IS THAT KITTY IN THE WINDOW?
Trapper Report:
"Another new macho cat had appeared in the Olivos zone. Perhaps it had been abandoned, for it was very friendly and used to human touch.
He started visiting my kitchen window and made a habit of coming every morning.
These regular visits to the window led to another "kitchen window trapping opportunity" like I had done before.
I set the trap with food, and he walked through the window straight into the trap, and we drove to the vet. He looked very scruffy and skinny, but Veronica, the vet, said he was fine. Nevertheless, I ordered a blood test at my own expense, just to be sure. It turned out that he was fine, and he was neutered and brought back early in the evening.
Another window trapping completed!"

RAINBOW BRIDGE
Report from Gatos Felices
"This evening we received a phone call from the local police, a cat was hit by a car.
We hurried up to the location and rushed to the emergency vet. Unfortunately the poor boy had passed away on arrival.
It was a feral cat with a cut in the ear, in very good condition and castrated. We checked for a chip just to be sure.
Unfortunately this beautiful black boy is another traffic victim.
We've informed CumbreCats as this cat was hit by a car at Camelias. They will inform the responsible colony feeder."
Followup by CumbreCats
Trapper Report - "I informed the CumbeCat Feeders, but he was not one of our regulars."
